The Sawmill Place is Blairsville's landmark restaurant for homemade Southern cooking. Open for Breakfast and Lunch, The Sawmill Place combines homemade specials from family recipes, first name basis customer service and a unique cabin type atmosphere. Our famous breakfast specials include made from scratch biscuits & gravy, specialty omelettes, ''hubcap'' size pancakes, and cooked to order eggs . For lunch, many customers say its like sitting around Grandma's table. Which isn't far from the truth! Many of our homemade specials come from family recipes such as our meatloaf, chicken casserole, chicken salad, fried squash, banana pudding and soup. Our servers are trained to get to know you on a first name basis, and provide a level of service and conversation that makes this dining experience special.
