DESCRIPTION:The Better Breathers Club (BBC) meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 1 p.m. in the second floor Classroom A at Union General Hospital. The BBC provides support\, education and socialization to people with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) or another chronic lung disease\, their family members and/or caregivers. You will learn how to manage your condition\, and take part in discussions and practice new skills. You will learn about resources and activities in your community that can help you manage your day-to-day life. You will get out of the house and can become more active.\n \n\nThis club is FREE and open to the public! We hope to see you there.
