SUMMARY:Felting an Alpaca Scarf - Lots of Locks Skinny Scarf
DESCRIPTION:Learn to felt using alpaca fiber from our alpacas at Lasso the Moon Alpaca Farm.  This one day class will teach you all the basics needed to finish a gorgeous scarf using loads of textures\, including mohair locks\, dyed silks\, silk hankies\, bamboo\, fire star\, suri alpaca locks &  dyed alpaca fiber from our animals. \n\n \n\nClass begins at 9:00 am with hot coffee/tea and pastry as we go over the different felting techniques and different wools and matiereals that can be used in felting.  We will then walk to our felting studio\, visiting with the alpacas on our way.\n\n\n\nA gourmet farm to table style lunch is served around 1:OO pm.  \n\n\n\nAll matierals are included. Directions and resource pages are provided via email following the class. \n\n\n\nWe will visit the store/gallery where a glass bead making demo is done upon request folowing the class.\n\n\n\nThis is great thing to do with a group of friends.  Can't make this class date\, but have at least four friends that may be interested in taking a class?
