DESCRIPTION:National Trails Day! We have the Georgia Appalachian trail club\, Mountain High Hikers\, and the Benton MacKaye Trail Association joining us at Vogel State Park to celebrate National Trails Day. Throughout the day will be the trail maintenance projects.\n\n\n\n9:00 AM - There will be a cross-cut saw demonstration.\n\n9:30 AM - A family hike on the nature trail and a little way up Bear Hair Gap trail and down the Coosa Backcountry Trail (about a 2-mile hike).\n\n9:30 AM & 1:30 PM - At picnic shelter #3\, the rock crew demonstration will be held\n\n7:00 PM - Saturday night music in the park at the lake pavilion featuring Paradise 56 - a rock/blues band..
