DESCRIPTION:Hunter Hall\, President of Kelly Consulting will be leading our Non-Profit Board Training and teaching about the difference between working board\, governance board\, and resume boards and how to drive strategy and align everything. Hunter will help guide you through making a defined strategic plan and be sure governance board roles are established\, show us how to create the best agenda for board and staff meetings so accountability is established.\n\nWe encourage you to bring your entire board with you so you can all learn together and start your 2023 planning in the right direction to ensure success. \n\n\n\nOur speaker\, Hunter Hall is the President of Kelly Consulting\n\nKelly Consulting concentrates services in three main areas:\n\n Creating organizational strategy\, (StratOp)\n People Strategy- aligning your people strategy to the organizational strategy\, (Predictive Index)\n and identifying beneficial growth opportunity through a tool called (6 Questions)\n\nKelly Consulting\, while serving a variety of market sectors\, has found significant niche work with Board governing organizations\; Chamber of Commerce\, various government Authorities\, and non-profit agencies. Hunter is currently Board participations include being the Past Chair of the Newton Chamber\, Chair Elect for Haggai International\, and just rolled off the Newton Education Foundation.\n\nBefore joining Kelly in 2015\, Hunter was the President of the Covington/Newton County Chamber of Commerce where he gave leadership to Economic Development\, Tourism\, the historic Main Street program\, and the traditional Chamber membership of more than 500 members.\n\nBefore moving to Covington\, he spent 11 years in the non-profit sector where he led multiple teams of staff and volunteers with Campus Crusade for Christ. While working with CRU\, Hunter and his wife\, Shelly co-founded Ute Trail Ranch in Lake City Co. Ute Trail served as a backpacking outfitter for high school and college age students. In college\, Hunter worked with Young Life's Wilderness Ranch as a backcountry guide outside Creed\, Co.\n\n \n\nHunter is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and hold a BS in Secondary Education. He is married to Shelly and together they have 4 children ages 25-16.
