LOCATION:Directions: We will be dedicating the sign on top of Richard Russell at the parking area on the left as you reach the top. Turn left on 180\, then right on 348 (Richard Russell Scenic Highway) Follow 348 around and you'll see the parking lot on the left at the top of the mountain. There is an overlook there.
