DESCRIPTION:Too hot to race in August? Then please mark your calendar for the 23rd of August for the second annual Twilight Rock n Roll 5k here in beautiful Highlands NC. High up in the mountains of North Carolina where the temperature rarely gets above 80 degrees in the summer\, evening in August will be a "cool" time to race. Race starts at 6:00 PM at Kelsey Hutchison Park. Registration and check-in on race day starts at 4PM. We will have music by Copious Jones after the race and glow sticks for the kids. Every finisher gets a beer from The Ugly Dog Pub. It will be a great party! We look forward to seeing you there. Cost is $30.00\, register before July 23rd and it's $25.00! Day of race will be $35.00. First 100 participants will get a T-shirt. Please register with the button below which will put you directly in our race timing software.
