SUMMARY:Theatre Young Harris to Present Annual Children's Show "Cinderella's Mice"
DESCRIPTION:Adapted from the book by Justin Warner\, "Cinderella's Mice" lends a new perspective to a familiar story. Spencer is a little mouse with big dreams\, and he has exciting plans for the royal ball just like his friend Cinderella. Those plans are squandered when the fairy godmother turns Spencer and his sister into horses. How will Spencer sneak into the ball now? How will his crazy improvisations make or break Cinderella's big night with the Prince? This frivolous take on a time-honored fairytale shows even the smallest characters can make a big difference.\n\nThe production is directed by Adjunct Instructor of Theatre and Dance George Koller and features senior theatre majors Stephanie Mills\, of Bainbridge\, Ga.\, as Cinderella\, Alana Lambert\, of Dallas\, Ga.\, as Mitzi\, Ben March\, of Blairsville\, Ga.\, as Mona\, Heath Burnett\, of Ellijay\, Ga.\, as Spencer\, Kaisha Marlowe\, of Villa Rica\, Ga.\, as Whina\, junior theatre major Brandon Helton\, of Dahlonega\, Ga.\, as Everyman\, sophomore theatre majors Kevin Garland\, of Adairsville\, Ga.\, as Prince\, and Mary-Ellen Norwood\, of Roswell\, Ga.\, as Stepmother.
