DESCRIPTION:TRI-COUNTY WOMEN'S CONNECTION HOSTS HOLIDAY TEA DECEMBER 6 It's been a long 22 months since TCWC organized and hosted a fun in-person event for ladies of North Georgia and beyond! We are very excited to invite you to our HOLIDAY TEA on Monday\, December 6\, 10:30am to 12:00pm at the Pat Haralson Memorial Civic Center\, 165 Wellborn Street\, Blairsville. For those ladies who have attended our events in the past\, we will be so excited to see you again. If you are new to the area\, this is a great way to meet new friends. You might see some of your neighbors at our event! Come enjoy interacting with table mates through games and conversation over yummy pastries from G & G Bakery and your choice of hot teas or coffee. DOOR PRIZES! The best part of our program is our guest speaker\, Rose Lewis from Mansfield\, Georgia\, sharing her "Story of the Roses". It is heartfelt and humorous about how different "roses" have impacted her entire life. We will hear sweet memories of Robert: husband\, love of her life and the "main rose" in her story. Rose will share how she survived his passing last year and how she is doing now. Rose is a mother\, grandmother\, historian\, cake decorator\, seamstress and former teacher. Reservations are required so please secure your seat by FRIDAY\, NOVEMBER 19. You may email your reservation information to Jocelyn: jowabow@aol.com or phone Jane : 706-838-599. The cost is $8.00\, payable in cash (correct change please) or by check. Pre-paid reservations are appreciated. Mail your check\, payable to TCWC\, to Judy Teague\, 3245 Mulkey Gap Road\, Blairsville\, GA 30512. Cancellations are accepted through Monday\, November 29. For over 35+ years\, Tri-County Women's Connection has planned and hosted events for women that provide a positive upbeat time of fun\, food and friendship. Our events encourage women to connect with each other and their community. TCWC is not an association and membership is not required. We are affiliated with Stonecroft.org.
