Make your reservation today for our "Very Jazzy Christmas" event\, Wednesday\, December 6. Our keynote speaker and music guest\, Tempe Brown\, will entertain us with a mini-jazz Christmas concert to get us in the holiday spirit and then this comedienne will keep us in stitches one minute and tears the next as she shares how to "Put The Puzzle Of Life Together Without The Box Lid". A native of Oklahoma\, Tempe sang jazz and blues in some of the most exclusive supper clubs in Oklahoma City. She later formed a show band and traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally. Tempe has recorded a CD of old standards entitled "Heavenly Jazz" and a CD of songs she wrote entitled "Pieces". Tempe travels year-round internationally speaking for various organizations including Business and Professional Women's Associations\, conferences and ladies' retreats. A published author\, including a historical novel entitled\, "The Seed"\; two suspense thrillers\, "The Payback Game: Sixteen Days of Terror" and the sequel\, "The Perfect Victim." She is the mother of three grown children and the grandmother of ten and resides in beautiful Greenville\, South Carolina. The location for the luncheon is the North Georgia Technical College\, Building A\, Highway 515\, Blairsville and our buffet lunch will be catered by Amazing Grace Events & Catering. The cost is $15 and includes the program\, door prizes\, and a delicious lunch (buffet/drink/dessert/tip). Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. with the program starting at noon.
