DESCRIPTION:Ages: 50 and over\n\nUnion County Recreation Department is going to continue Chair Aerobics fitness class for the Winter! This class is not your average chair aerobics class. It is geared for the upper body and cardio from a seated position.  If you are looking for an indoor exercise program to fit your specific needs\, then come on down and sign up. Class space is limited.  The Program Director of Union County Parks and Recreation will be leading this class 2 days a week beginning 1/8/19-2/28/19.  Class last 45 minutes. This is a great time to socialize and exercise with a fun group.
