DESCRIPTION:We hope you will join us for a delightful evening of food\, laughter\, and fun?and to celebrate clean water and those who work to sustain it! The evening will begin at 5:30 with a silent auction and cocktail hour. The plated meal will be served starting at 6:30 with a mixed green salad with cucumbers\, carrots\, tomatoes\, sunflower seeds\, radishes\, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and fresh baked bread with fresh creamery butter. Your choice of one of three delicious entrees will follow\, complimented by a vegetable and starch: Goat Cheese & Sun-dried Tomato Pesto-Stuffed Portabella Cap\, Lemon Thyme-Marinated Chicken Breast with melted tomato and basil sauce\, or Flat Iron Steak (6oz grilled Angus beef). The meal will be completed with Italian cream cake and fresh berries for dessert. After the Holman Water Quality Stewardship Award is presented\, several select items will be auctioned live by local auctioneer and entertainer\, Tim Ryan. Enjoy a good meal for a good cause in the company of 200 others from our 4-county area and beyond.
