DESCRIPTION:The show will host the Alice Hirt and Jo Bearse Endowed Art Exhibition featuring works by talented members of YHC's Department of Art. The show\, titled "Confluence\," will open on Thursday\, Nov. 5\, with a reception at 6 p.m. in the gallery and will be on display until Tuesday\, Nov. 24. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.\n\n \n\n"This will be a great opportunity for students\, faculty\, staff and the community to see recent works by our art department members\," said Chair of the Art Department and Associate Professor of Art Ted Whisenhunt\, whose work will be featured in the exhibition. "It is good for our students to see us working on our artwork and getting ready for the show to show we are still active artists. Our work can help inspire theirs."
