Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds in Hiawassee, Georgia.

An Eggfest is a gathering of Big Green Egg fans and over 125
experienced cooks/chefs from all across the country and Canada.
Tasters should arrive between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Big Green Egg is the "Ultimate Cooking Experience".

You are welcome to bring your own egg(s), to avoid the possibility

of sharing an egg for your cooking.

Friday: May 17, 2013
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Meet & Greet and registration

Saturday: May 18, 2013
7:00-8:00 AM - Cooks sign in and setup
9:00 AM - Tasters sign in
9:00 AM - Let the Eggfest begin!

11:00 AM - Big Green Egg 101 Demonstration
12:00 PM - Artisan Bread Making/Baking
1:00 PM - TBD
2:00 PM - TBD

3:00 PM - Eggs are to be shut down to allow for sufficient cooling time.
3:30 PM - Drawing for prizes for all the cooks.
5:00 PM - Deadline for picking up demo eggs.
