Friends of Union County Library are inviting you to an Afternoon Tea with Big Hats and Scones. Whether it's a derby hat or boater, a sunhat or a floppy, pick a theme, jazz it up and wear it to our afternoon tea. Come sip some tea and learn all about hats while modeling your own design and noshing on sconces.There will even be a hat contest.
