Everyone is invited to attend, with or without their dogs, the Bark in the Park, on Saturday, June 23rd starting at 10am on the Square in Hiawassee. Ribbons will be awarded for smallest and largest dogs, best costume, youngest & oldest most verbal, best tricks, owner lookalike, prettiest and most handsome. Donation for contest is $5 for first dog and $2 for 2nd dog. Spectating is free and you can bring lawn chairs.

Sponsored by Castaway Critters Pet Rescue and dogs from the shelter will be present for adoption. Also, there will be a face painter and nail trimming for dogs.
