Brasstown RIngers Bring Fun to Holidays

Brasstown Ringers, a community handbell ensemble from Western NC and north GA presents its
2010 holiday concerts. Music and the holidays just naturally seem to go together and one of the most anticiated concert series of any year is the one featuring the Brasstown Ringers community handbell choir.
This year's concert features favorite Christmas carols from past years and a new selection especially for the children. Each player is kept busy playing eight or more bells or chimes during the course of a piece. Many viewers say part of the fun comes in watching the player rapidly and efficiently change to different combinations of bells and chimes.
