Charity Golf Tournament - Hope/Relay for Life Team
Ray of Hope/Relay for Life team will be having a Charity Golf Tournament
to benefit the American Cancer Society on your calendar.
The event is April 16, 2011 at Butternut Creek Golf Course.
Cost per Team is $300.00.
Individuals can register for $75.00 per person
If they do not have a team, they will be placed in a team the day of the event.
Hole sponsorships for a Business/Person to sponsor a hole is $100.00
that includes a sign placed at the Tee Box of that hole to show sponsorship for that hole.
Registration & lunch begins at 12 noon day of the event.
Pre-Registration is encouraged. Tee of time is at 1pm.
