Get your beach body by summer! WAVES is here to challenge you to lose your unwanted pounds. Join us for our new weight loss challenge beginning Tuesday, March 19, 2013.

This challenge will be an 8 week challenge costing $35. We will be offering 8 classes during this challenge that will be free to ALL participants of the challenge, but not required. Should you miss a class, each class will be viewable online later in the week. In addition, prizes will be awarded to the top 3 participants, based on percentage.

You will also receive additional support either by telephone, chat, online forums or by text messaging. It is our goal to help you lose weight and be the support system that fits your lifestyle.
