Growing the Appalachian Food Economy
An Appalachian Regional Commission Workshop on
Sustainable Agriculture and Local Food Assets
Interest in sustainable agriculture and local food assets is sweeping the country and putting the Appalachian Region's rich agricultural life and diverse food assets on the map. Across the Region, collaborations and partnerships have formed to help communities take advantage of the economic opportunities created by this national trend.
