                     Many of us will be visiting our parents and extended family over the Holidays. While we would love to enjoy a fun-filled vacation, it doesn’t always work that way. It’s so easy to regress into the old family dynamics. One minute you’re acting like an adult, and the next minute you’re feeling like a child. That’s happened to me plenty of times. Like it or not, the relationship we had with our parents when we were growing up still affects us ... unless we consciously heal the emotional wounds. Unhealed childhood wounds cause emotional and physical illnesses. They cause us to self-sabotage, even when we know better.  They cause unconscious accidents and wreak havoc in our relationships.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to heal the relationship with your parents. It will give you inspiration and insight to do more of your own healing so you can live a truly flourishing life.  
                                                                            
Facilitator:Benita A. Esposito, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor combines a master’s degree in psychology with her intuitive ability to understand people at depth.
