This one day class is taught by a KCBS Master Certified Judges and will cover several criteria in the judging process. The class wll cover Appearance - Tenderness - Taste - Cooking Practices & Presentation. You must be willing to taste all meat types used in BBQ Competitions. This would include Beef, Pork & Chicken. Space is limited and you must pre register and pre pay for the class.
