"Learn How to Preserve Your Garden Bounty" Seminar
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a taste of summer in January? Our speaker Renee Dotson, is the Gilmer County Extension Coordinator/Family and Consumer Sciences Agent. Ms. Dotson will instruct on how to safely and successfully can and freeze produce. Ms. Dotson will outline processing procedures, including proper containers, acidification and sweeteners.
