These 3 classes will use Superfoods to supercharge your energy, revitalize your organs, and bring your health to an entirely new level. The teacher is Ann Marie Stanczyk, Holistic Nutritionist and Medical Technologist. The classes will focus on increasing energy, using antioxidants, and improving the health of your GI tract.
