This course examines the nutritional needs of individuals over 50 including protein, carbohydrates and fats. Diet, lifestyle choices and supplementation will be discussed. Instructor will explain foods and products to avoid, eliminate and reduce for optimum health. Additional course content will be tailored to the needs of the students. Students should be better prepared to take control of their own health.
