Project Management for Volunteers
This seminar is designed for church and community volunteers to help them create and manage projects. Topics to be addressed are:
- Defining and communicating a vision for the project.
- Creating a project plan (tasks, schedule, assignments)
- Getting volunteers
- Leading meetings
Those who attend will work on a project of their choice, creating a vision and plan for that project that they can use back in their own organization.
