There are countless culinary herbs, but few of the less traditional herbs find their way to our gardens and to our palates. Anise hyssop, lovage, stevia, chervil, epazote and alliums deserve a place in the garden and on the table. Come and discover these new taste sensations in a creative hands-on cooking class! This hands-on workshop has a $25 fee and is limited to 18 participants.
