County and State Health Departments require that at least one person within each food service facility be certified in food safety. This nationally recognized food safety training and certification program established by the National Restaurant Association course provides information and skill development for individuals who are employed by, manage, or own food service operations in the hospitality industry.
Notes for Certification:
1. The second class (March 31) concludes with the exam.
2. Fee includes materials.
3. Score of 75% or above to qualify for ServSafe Certificate.
4. Students MUST attend both classes
*For recertification only, students will meet on March 31 at 11am for the test. $80
