Artist Detail:
Multiple Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-Winning artists together on one night of spectacular music, inspiration and worship.
BRANDON HEATH
Brandon Heath is one of Christian music's most beloved and respected artists and songwriters. A two-time GMA Male Vocalist and five-time GRAMMY nominee, Heath has delivered some of Christian music's most thought-provoking anthems, including the 2009 GMA Dove Award-winning Song of the Year, "Give Me Your Eyes" and "Your Love." A Nashville native, Heath began writing songs in his teens and gained a national audience with the release of his 2006 Reunion Records debut album, Don't Get Comfortable. His warm, expressive voice and intuitive songwriting have earned him an enthusiastic fan base and respect from his peers in the industry .
MANDISA
Often an artist's strengths inspire their best work. But for acclaimed contemporary Christian singer Mandisa, it's her very human flaws and frailties that gave birth to the power of her music. The three-time GRAMMY nominee knows that nobody is perfect and she wants her fans to realize that, too. "A struggle is a struggle, and Jesus is there through it all. He is there in compassion and grace. I have found that what He has spoken to me through these songs has been encouraging and I think that'll be true for other people as well."
LAURA STORY
Laura Story wrote the No. 1 worship hit "Indescribable" which was recorded in 2004 by Chris Tomlin. Soon after, she signed an artist deal with the INO Records and her 2008 national debut won a Dove Award for Inspirational Album and earned Laura two consecutive nominations for Female Vocalist of the Year while suffering through personal hardships. "Life is filled with things you don't expect, but the Bible tells us to respond by trusting God and continuing to worship Him. This is how faith works, and God has proven to be faithful." Singing and teaching in churches across the United States, Western Europe, and South America, Laura believes through music and prayer, this is her chance to share the gospel.
