Pastries, Prayer, and Fellowship That old line, the times, they are a-changin' has never been more timely than it is today. It seems some things that we thought would be the same for ever have gone away all together, or made major changes. Tri County Womens Connection is experiencing one of these big changes. For the present time, we will be having our first Wednesday luncheon every other month, beginning February 4th. The good news is that the months we don?t have our luncheon at Monet's, we will have a Prayer Connection at G and G (Grinds & Glazes located just past CVS and before the post office) restaurant. Our first Prayer Connection of 2015 will be Wednesday, January 7th, from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning. We would like to invite any women who are interested to join us. Buy your coffee and pastries, or other breakfast goodie on your way in, then join us back in the atrium room. We welcome your prayer requests, but no one will ever be asked to pray out loud. This will be a time of friendship, fellowship, and a short, timely devotional. There will be a Tri County Womens Connection planning team meeting directly after the Prayer Connection. You won?t be expected to stay for this, but if you are interested in learning more about TCWC, please join us. So remember, there will be no TCWC first Wednesday luncheon in January, but there WILL be a Prayer Connection that morning at G and G?s (Grinds & Glazes) instead. No reservation is necessary! Please remember, if Union County schools are closed due to inclement weather, our Prayer Connection will be canceled.
