The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center will offer the following classes: Grow Your Business with Google on May 20th from 9:00 am to noon ($49 per person) and the Third Annual Women in Business Conference on June 3rd from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm ($49 per person
The Grow Your Business with Google workshop will teach participants how Google tools can help business owners reach more customers, understand what customers are searching for and operate more efficiently. The workshop will cover online marketing best practices including how to: claim your business on Google Maps and create a Google Place Page, reach the right audience using Google Adwords, boost your ad performance by choosing the right key words and writing compelling ads, and using Google Analytics to track online traffic and optimize your website. Attendees will receive a $50 Google Adwords coupon that can be used for new and existing Adwords accounts. This workshop is taught by a certified Google trainer. The Third Annual Women in Business Conference is a one-day, multi-track conference designed to provide skill enhancement and networking opportunities for women business owners.
