Individuals who wish to have blood tests should fast (no food or drink) for a minimum of 12 hours. Test results, along with explanation, will be mailed to each participant.
No Appointment Required for Blood Work.
Children under 12 years of Age Not Eligible for Blood Work.
Payment Required at TIme of Service - Insurance or Medicare will Not be Filed.
