The Brasstown Concert Association present Voice of the Turtle.
Founded in 1978, Voice of the Turtle - Derek Burrows, Lisle Kulbach, Jay Rosenberg and Artistic Director Judith Wachs, brought alive the compelling musical repertoire of the Spanish Jews -- the Sephardim.
Sung in Ladino and Hebrew, accompanied by more than 25 instruments, these performances thrilled audiences for more than 30 years.
