Spring has been creeping in this week, slowly asserting itself over the cold, gray winter. We’re grateful for the greening of the mountains, sunshine on the lake, and budding vines. To celebrate the season, we’re taking April’s wine pairing to one of Spring’s favorite places – Paris. The City of Lights reaches its peak in the mild months; inspiring songs, movies, paintings, transatlantic flights, and best of all – a wine pairing dinner right here in Hayesville.
To match the menu’s Parisian sensibilities, Sommelier Nick Demos has chosen wines imported by David Milligan Selections. A self-proclaimed Francophile, David Milligan has 40 years experience in the wine business in the United States and Europe. He started his own company in 1995 to represent top producers of French wine in the United States.
We’re looking forward to sharing these special springtime selections with you.
