This course addresses many specific needs of women during various life stages. Content will be tailored to the needs of the students. A brief overview of specific nutritional needs of women from adolescence to seniors will be discussed. Diet, supplementation and lifestyle choices, along with food myths will be examined. Students should be better prepared to take control of their own health.
