Success Agent Manager (SAM)
(This is an on-site position in Blairsville, GA and is open to U.S. residents only; no relocation assistance is offered) We are growing our Team and are in need of another SAM! The Success Agent Manager (SAM) plays a key role on our team and is what sets us apart. Our SAMs work directly with our agents, our marketing team, external partners, buyers, and sellers throughout the listing and closing process to ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with improving our overall Customer/Client/Agent Experience • Pull property documents (deed, plat/survey, tax sheet, septic, etc) • Assist with documents preparation for contracts, amendments, extensions, etc. • Follow up with Co-Broking Agent for information as needed (Sellers Disclosures/Property Details) • Assist with Client/Customer Calls when needed. • Perform certain Administrative Tasks for Agents (ie. Scanning documents, emailing documents, following up on obtaining signatures, etc.) • Answer phone inquiries for the agents • Assist Transaction Coordinator to resolve outstanding issues on current contracts. • Secure public information documents from the courthouse or other public sources • Help agents schedule walk-throughs; arrange for keys if mail-away closings, etc. • Support other Success Team Members when they are out of the office to assist with phones and tasks. • Assist with after-hours and weekend coverage of podium application and listing phone. Licensed Support Personal • Answer questions on title, financing, or closings • Discuss or explain contract documents, agreements, etc. • Assist clients with submission instructions of Earnest Money to the Holder of EM. • Relay information from Licensed Agent to the client (recommendations or suggestions as to the sale/purchase of real estate) Success Team Manager will include some or all of the following duties • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale. • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released. • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions. • Create a house file (digital) for all transactions. • Process commission requests • Review and process the contract files to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates. • Communicate with the agent several times throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, etc. • Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check-in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process. • Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information. • Draft any addenda needed along the way and keep a record of them on file and ensure they are shared with relevant parties. • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process from the agent (and client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, other transaction coordinators/Realtors, etc.). • Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate. Concierge Services • Coordinate inspections/schedule appointments on behalf of the agent, (if applicable) Home, Radon, Termite, Septic, Well Testing, etc. • Coordinate ordering closing gifts (if needed) • Help agent set up showing appointments. • Assist agents with scheduling contractor estimates as instructed by agents.
