Garden Internship

  • This intern will assist our lead Gardener, Jason Ebinger, with all aspects related to the implementation and maintenance of the gardens on campus. Together, they will work to determine and execute weekly, monthly, and season-long goals. This is a learning position with the right candidate to shape their experience based on their areas of interest.
  • Once trained, our Garden Intern will have a chance to lead Work Study participants in a variety of garden and grounds tasks.
  • This position will ideally be filled through the entire garden season (March–October 2022), but applicants only available for part of the season will also be considered. This position will be 35-40 hours per week.
  • All necessary training will be provided, and those with garden, farm, and formal agriculture experience are encouraged to apply. This intern will receive a $1,200 stipend per month, along with other benefits including: on-campus housing, meals in the dining hall, and free tuition for a Folk School class of choice.
Applications are due on Monday, January 3, 2022.
