We are now hiring for a full-time Collision Estimator. Our Collision Estimators receive competitive pay plus monthly commission and benefits.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through completion and delivery
  • Prepares estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Total Recovery Paint & Body Shop Guidelines
  • Complete process review with customers
  • Check-vehicle upon drop-off
  • Partners with the customers insurance provider to manage claims and provide the best customer experience
  • Total Loss Administration
  • Provide Post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates
  • Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
  • Perform quality inspection upon repair completion and before delivery to customer
  • Prepare and complete final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Must have experience writing with CCC and Mitchell

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Ability to communicate clear, concise, information in writing, via phone and in-person
  • Working estimating knowledge, including systems
  • Ability to work well with others and achieve common goals
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced working environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Position is based in a normal shop environment. Daily activity may consist of: physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds as well as sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
