Lumpkin/White Family Case Manager

This is a part-time, contracted position, 22 hours per week year round in a two county area. Below is a general description of the duties and tasks for this position, but is not a comprehensive job description. Must be willing to travel within the area, as needed. Must have a heart for youth and families and be willing to meet with them for work. Competitive pay.

Position: Family Case Manager/Enotah Juvenile Family Therapy Program/Enotah Circuit (Towns, Union, Lumpkin, White)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but experience in the field will be considered.

Additional Qualifications:
· Knowledge about educational, judicial, health care, and other social service systems in the community
· Respectful toward youth and parents; nonpunitive and nonjudgemental toward both youth and parents
· Energetic and driven by a “do-what-it-takes” attitude and follow-through
· Team-oriented; comfortable working as part of a team and willing to take direction from the therapists on the team
· Well organized
· Takes initiative
· Computer Skills
· Must be willing to work in the homes and communities

Purpose: Will be responsible for working with the Family Therapy Coordinator to manage services for youth and their families.
