David Goodspeed, AIA Principal has had a distinguished career 45+ yrs. Has held leadership roles on aviation, educational+major hospital projects, receiving many design awards for excellence in his tenure.

He founded his Architectural+Interior Design practice in North GA 01/13 providing full design services from site design, master planning, building design+construction administration. David provides existing building assessments+services, including building envelope expertise. 

Current Markets: Commercial/Retail, Office/Corporate, Financial, Educational+University, Governmental, Liturgical, and Single+Multi-family Residential.
