Mountain Home Health is honored to serve Towns and Union County in Georgia for 29 years. We also serve Cherokee, Graham, Clay and Macon County in North Carolina for 40+ years. We offer Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Worker and Home Health Aid.
