There ARE vegetables that can thrive in shorter days and colder temperatures. Our presenter, Ms. Amanda Tedrow, will teach us to work WITH nature to cultivate vegetables during the cooler months. She will discuss appropriate varieties, planting guidelines and proper timing for extended harvest. Ms. Amanda Tedrow is the current Athens-Clarke County Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent.
