Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily operations in our feed warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the activities of warehouse requirements to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular inventories.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for materials handling and equipment operation.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Load customer orders according to tickets.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a forklift is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and materials handling.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
• Ability to lead a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 70lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
