Maintenance Supervisor
Advanced Digital Cable, Inc. is seeking a well-rounded, proactive, Maintenance Supervisor for the Riverview facility located in Hayesville, North Carolina. This team member will be a safety conscious leader and have a strong background in industrial maintenance and commitment to keeping the manufacturing processes running smoothly and efficiently.
The key responsibilities will be Team management, preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory and parts management, safety and compliance, process improvement and efficiency. Documentation and reporting will be a must and assist in managing budget and cost control.
Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Strong in mechanical, electrical, and PLC based systems, as well as troubleshooting complex systems. Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other maintenance software.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints. Certifications in OSHA 30 hour or Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) is a plus.
Working Conditions: Full-time position with varying shifts (day, night or weekends, as required)
Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to machinery and hazardous materials. Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational demands or respond to emergency situations.
